Still @ WorkThe Problem

The expectation to perform is constant.
The cost of it is absorbed in silence.

The pace is relentless. The expectation to stay switched on is the baseline. And the gap between what teams are asked to deliver and what they're given to recover is widening.

67% of employees experience burnout at work. The cost of that disengagement? $10 trillion lost to the global economy every year. But the data also shows that employees given sufficient time to recover are 70% less likely to experience burnout.

This isn't about resilience. It's about the absence of structured recovery. The organisations that recognise this first are the ones that do something about it.

The Impact

  • (01)A noticeable reduction in mental noise and stress load
  • (02)Practical regulation tools as post-session takeaways — usable immediately and independently

  • (04)A shared language around focus, recovery, and sustainable performance

Outcomes vary by baseline stress load, group size, and context. We set honest expectations from the start.

“Still @ Work didn't come from the outside looking in. It was built from years of experience inside high-demand corporate environments, combined with the science and practice of nervous system regulation.”

The result is a service that speaks the language of business and delivers something most wellbeing offerings miss: real impact.
